The two school districts that overrule the taxes of property to the residents are:
1st place: United I.S.D, covering the Most North, Most South, and North-Central/South-Central areas.
No schools as of right now are recgonized by the U.S, but schools like Trauttmann Middle, United High, Alexander High, and United South Middle, are either recgonized by the T.A.K.S/former T.A.A.S testing, state recgonizion, or even both.
2nd place: Laredo I.S.D, covering all of Central Laredo, and the far East and West.
District has schools that are recgonized over the state of Texas and the United States. And most of the schools are recgonized all over the state and by T.A.K.S/former T.A.A.S testings.
Both districts also have schools that are available to small towns within Laredo’s 20-mile range, such as Rio Grande City(the small version next to Laredo) with Salvador Garcia Middle of U.I.S.D
