Coxsackie is a village located in Greene County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 2,895.

The Village of Coxsackie is in the Town of Coxsackie.

History
The lower part of the village was once called Reeds Landing.

Geography
Coxsacki is on the west bank of the Hudson River.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 6.7 km˛ (2.6 mi˛). 5.6 km˛ (2.2 mi˛) of it is land and 1.1 km˛ (0.4 mi˛) of it is water. The total area is 16.54% water.
