Farmersville is a town located in Cattaraugus County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 1,028.

The Town of Farmersville was incorporated in 1821. It is on the eastern county border.

Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 124.1 km˛ (47.9 mi˛). 123.7 km˛ (47.8 mi˛) of it is land and 0.4 km˛ (0.2 mi˛) of it is water. The total area is 0.31% water.

The eastern town line is the border of Allegany County, New York.

Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there are 1,028 people, 389 households, and 282 families residing in the town. The population density is 8.3/km˛ (21.5/mi˛). There are 656 housing units at an average density of 5.3/km˛ (13.7/mi˛).
