Once owned by actress Kim Basinger, the town is now owned by developer Wayne Mason.

Sea Island is an isolated resort island in Glynn County, Georgia. It is located just off the Atlantic coast of southern Georgia. Sea Island is part of the group of islands known as the "Golden Isles of Georgia," together with Jekyl Island, Sapelo Island, and St. Simon's Island. History
Milledgeville was named after Georgia governor John Milledge, and was laid out at the start of the 19th century to be the new centrally located capital of the State of Georgia. It served as the state capital from 1804
