Schaumburg is a village located in Cook County, Illinois. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 75,386.
The village has the headquarters of Motorola. The only IKEA in Illinois (as of 2004) is in Schaumburg, next to the gigantic Woodfield Mall.
