Wilsonville is a city located in Clackamas County, Oregon. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 13,991.

Geography
Wilsonville is located at 45°18′24″ North, 122°45′59″ West (45.306805, -122.766420)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 17.9 km˛ (6.9 mi˛). 17.4 km˛ (6.7 mi˛) of it is land and 0.5 km˛ (0.2 mi˛) of it is water. The total area is 2.75% water.

As of the census2 of 2000, there are 13,991 people, 5,937 households, and 3,775 families residing in the city. The population density is 805.1/km˛ (2,085.3/mi˛). There are 6,407 housing units at an average density of 368.7/km˛ (954.9/mi˛). The racial makeup of the city is 90.45% White, 0.66% African American, 0.70% Native American, 2.22% Asian, 0.16% Pacific Islander, 3.15% from other races, and 2.65% from two or more races. 6.94% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
